In the beginning, God said, "Let there be light." And there was light. Then a bunch of other things happened and after that, we started our company. The owner, Roderick Klimek, started out as a laborer at the age of 18. It was just a gig to pay the bills.......until he utterly fell in love with the trades. Repairing homes is more than just something we do. It's something we love to do. We see our clients, not as paychecks, but as real people. People who have homes that they love or properties that fund their lives. It's not about the money. It's about the people. It's that philosophy that has built our business and it's something that we honor in our work. Both with the final finished product and how we treat you and your home in the process. As cheesy as it sounds, we don't just have clients, we have friends. And we like it that way.
With an email or text, just drop us a line. Phone calls are great and absolutely call if you need to, but it's a little more streamline in writing. Often on a job site it's hard to hear a phone ringing and then the phone tag begins in the evening. We can schedule a time that works for you to meet, discuss your project and exchange ideas. We like to keep it painless so you can expect a meeting of around fifteen to twenty minutes, depending on the scope of your project. After that, we get to work on a line item, bullet point estimate. Occasionally, it does take a bit of time to price out. Small company problems, right? Then you'll receive an email with the estimate price broken up into labor and materials. It's as simple as that!

Yes! Not only on the job, but everywhere! (20% markup for ladder work) Just kidding. It's 30%.
A lot of factors go into that. We are a non stop company and when it comes to the weather, we always say if the product will work, so will we. There can always be accommodations made for emergency repairs such as leaking pipes or drains, but as general rule, we schedule as clients approve. I.E., we send out three estimates and two are approved. They will be scheduled. If the third approves two months later, they will be be scheduled according to approval date, not estimate submission date.
Nope! The word most used by our clients is fair. We're certainly not cheap, but we never gouge. It's not in our company philosophy, nor our personal philosophy. Remember,good work is never cheap and cheap work is never good. About 30% of our business is cleaning up the mess of other "companies". We take a lot of pride in what we do and our five star rating is a testament to that.
